Video Export is Black
Upgraded to High Sierra and ScreenFlow 7.1.
I uploaded a video today to YouTube. The video portion is completely black, but the audio is there. It shows properly in ScreenFlow, but the export to YouTube is no good. This happens on my full video (50 min.) and my short video test of just a few minutes (see, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mzTASEhLnB8&feature=em-upload_owner )
I tried an export the same video using the automatic normal setting, and it is also a black video with good audio in the resulting mp4.
I am using video files from my Q4 Zoom camera (.mov) which has worked for the past few years.
As a second test...
I ran a test recording directly using Screenflow using my built in eyesight and audio works fine to convert to YouTube and exporting to mp4.
It seems the problem is with .mov files brought in from my Q4 zoom. These play fine on their own, and inside Screenflow, but the export file and publish to YouTube both fail.
Please advise.

CraigS When people are using the program it's probably because they're using the program in production trying to meet deadlines. Why you mentioned this is beyond me. This is the reason I asked for the previous version. I must have been so pissed off that's why I never saw that previous download link which I now see and I've downloaded Screenflow 6.

so here's a zip Screenflow project that shows that Vibrance didn't work.
Now here's what I did.
I created a first Screenflow project to record from screen, then I exported to MP4.
Then I create the above Screenflow project and created a new document not from recording the screen, then I imported into the media library the MP4 that I exported from my first project. Let me know or others let me know if you see a video playing.
So, recording from screen there's no problem with me, it's when I import MP4 videos into Screenflow, that's where I'm having an issue.

I took that exported MP4 from that first Screenflow 7 project and imported in a new Screenflow 6 project and what do you know, it works.

I'd like to chime in as well here,
Black export (odd little bits of colour here and there)
Vibrance filter to 0 does not solve the issue
I am bringing in MP4 files externally and rendering in screenflow as mentioned by gabe garza above that is where they are also experiencing an issue.
New Doc > Import MP4 > Export h264
Exporting from Quicktime h264 works fine
Recording screen and exporting h264 works fine
I am running a Nvidia Geforce 1080 on OS Sierra

Perhaps the Vibrance workaround does not work for everyone. Maybe it depends on the NVIDIA GPU version. We are working on the fix.
We may need to keep track of the NVIDIA GPUs where Vibrance set to 0 does not work. Sometimes an issue can have variations.

What GPU do you have gabe garza ?
Also noting that I see your dock icons in both your projects on my Mac with AMD GPU regardless of Vibrance filter. Dock on blue desktop. -

If it doesn't work for everyone then you're looking at the wrong solution.
Look at why in Screenflow 6 importing a MP4 works fine but when you import a MP4 in Screenflow 7 it doesn't work.
On the same computer which obviously uses the same chips GPU and CPU, your theory of NVIDIA GPU's being an issue goes out the door.
In the meantime I'll keep using Screenflow 6 which just works.

This issue was fixed with ScreenFlow 6.2.4 and also fixed in recent version of 7 (now at 7.2). The reason why no one has posted in a month is because the issue is fixed. See 7.2 or Previous Version for 6.2.4 at the top of the link.
