Keyboard shortcut for Mark Out Point missing, Can't reset (Asian character appears when I enter "o")
The keyboard shortcut for Mark Out Point is blank in my default shortcut set. I would expect it to be o.
When I try to set it as o in a customized set, what I think is an Asian character appears, and the shortcut does not work.
The o key works fine in other apps.
Possibly related: When I go to System Prefs/Keyboard/Identify This Keyboard (and follow the instructions), it says "Can't identify this keyboard..."
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Sorry about the issue but I need more information.
Please make sure you're using ScreenFlow 10.0.5.
Also list the version of macOS you're using.
Please list the language of your operating system.
The default short cuts can't be changed. The only way to change them is to make a copy.

Hmmm, after a restart now it's working fine with the default set. Initially it was unresponsive to O when using the default set.
So, no further action needed at the moment. :)
But, for the record-
MacOS Big Sur 11.6.5
MacPro6,1
English
I made a copy of the defaults to try to reset it to O, and that's when I encountered the unexpected characters and continued lack of responsiveness to that shortcut.
