The new Macbook Pro -- good for 4K streaming?

I still haven't given up on the idea of streaming 4k. But I would also have to have a 1080p stream as well.

The announcement of the MacBook M1Pro and Max has me a bit excited. Would a 32 GB Pro work for 4K and 1080p simultaneous streams, or would I need to go to the Max (and maybe 64 GB)?

Also, my wirecast license is for Windows. Would I have to buy an entirely new license for the Mac, or can I use the same license key as I have been in Windows?
