Please explain by "unable to access the stock media."
There are no stock media or the stock media is in demo mode and can't be used.

In my Applications folder I have Screen Flow (v9).  My Stock media subscription was 4 days away from Expiring.  So I purchased an upgrade which of course I can access and use in my SF v9.  Minutes later I purchased Screenflow 10 but the upgrade of my stock media library is attached to the SF v9.  How can I move the NEW stock media library upgrade to the new Screenflow v10?  I don't need SF v9 but don't want to purchase another stock media library.

If I deactivate my SF v9 will I loose my up-graded stock media library or will it then be available in my SF v10?

It should go from version 9 to version 10. Could it be tied to a previous serail number? They use the serial number on record when you asked for it to activate it.
