Updating to 10, stock library license not transferred

Hi - has anyone upgraded to 10 and had an existing stock library subscription? How did you get it transferred over? thanks!

    Thanks Craig - I was getting bouncebacks from that email address and the 2checkout guys, but I'll try from a different address

      Propane Try just deactivating and reactivating your license. We're finding that fixes it in many cases.
