Recently I started using Windows 10 in a new computer, Dell. I have a hard time hearing a sound in Zoom. I used different methods and updated sound software and was not able to hear the sound in Zoom. I am using Focusrite 2i2. and headphone that is attached in Focusrite. I have subscribed Premium support and tried to call more than three times and did not get any help. Can you help me to figure out what I need to do mend this problem. Thank you
Your complete workflow isn't clear.
You can capture Zoom audio using Wirecast Screen Capture with System Sound if it's running on the same computer otherwise you can use Newtek NDI Scan Convertor with sound if running on a different computer on the same network.
It's not clear what you're using the Focusrite for but you don't need it to capture Zoom audio.
