Submitting bugs from Wirecast is broken

I'm trying to submit support assistance reports but EVERY TIME I DO it says there is an internet error and I need to check my connection. Considering I'm posting this here, I am doubtful that the issue is on my end.

I have now attempted to submit 4 times, each time I'm needing to write the description in again. If there is an error in submitting, the window SHOULD NOT CLOSE! I was going to submit a bug report for this, but there is the problem...

    You can use our form and note that support assistant is broken but these issues may be location specific so include your areas. I'm working on getting it addressed.

  • CraigS It was down this past weekend apparently. The devs were on it this morning when they first arrived. It's back up again now.
