cutting a clip with T

hi, sorry for having already an other question

i remark i have used the word "cut" in the sense of "resize" an image

here i use the word "cut" in the sense of pressing T to cut a clip

my use is : i read the clip and press T each time i want to cut. The aim is to cut the blanks moments where i hesitate.

but : when i press T, it divide the clip in two "underclips", say A for the left clip and B. And it seems that by default, screenflow put the selection, after cutting, on the A clip, i.e. on the "past" clip. As the clip still runs, any press on the T key will have no effect, since the selected clip by default is not the current underclip.

any idea ?

If no clip is selected you can keep cutting with T as you play. Once you select a clip T will have no effect on other clips until you deselect the clip you have selected.
