NO VIDEO OR SOUND

IPhone 8 Automatic connection to wirecast using wirecast go app but I have no image or sound. Im using a Mac for Wirecast and am on a free trial. Please help. Thanks

  • You have the phone listed a number of times and that might be part of the issue. 

    Just to clear things up a bit, reboot the computer start Wirecast and use a New Document. Then select your phone name once it connects to Wirecast. You want only one instance and don't try to use the phone connected by USB.

  • Roberto Barrios Try deleting Wirecast Go and then reinstalling it. Make sure Wirecast Go is given access to camera and mic and the phone. That's not automatic. You'll get a notice asking you to do that when attempting to use Wirecast Go.
