Mini PTZ Camera model: MPT20WB-Z10

I have trouble taking this camera on wirecast: Mini PTZ Camera model: MPT20WB-Z10.

I can not generate a stable image. The image input from this camera shut down from time to time. I can not move the camera (domo) from wirecast.

Any suggestion?

  • Perhaps it's a bad cable or connection?
    Sorry, but I'd need more details to analyze further.

    You may want to test the camera in the free VLC player which is what our Webstream plugin is based on.
