Audio Capture problems using Scarlet Audio device

On a Mac we use for streaming our Sunday morning service, the audio capture completely stops. It will work fine for a few minutes and then the audio will stop completely and randomly. We are using a Scarlet Solo Focusrite and a IMac.

  • Sorry to hear that but I need complete technical information to troubleshoot this including Wirecast and macOS versions and everything connected to the iMac and how they are connected. It might be a USB bus issue for example but I have no way to determine whether it's that or something else without more detail.
