No Video (black)

All of a sudden I get no video from Desktop Presenter. Working ok a week ago.  Wirecast, on a PC, recognizes it is there but a black picture. Remote Desktop Presenter is on a Mac with laster OS. The only thing that has changed that I know of is that the Windows PC was upgraded to 1903 from 1809.

  • Reboot the computers and test again.
    Make absolutely sure you're on Wirecast 12.1.1 and Desktop Presenter 2.0.8.
    If you still get black
    As a test use Newtek and/or Sienna NDI ScanConverter on Mac and see if that sends to the PC.

  • CraigS  the cure was uninstalling and reinstalling Bonjour Services on the PC. 1903 upgrade might have screwed that up. Thanks.

  • John Merrill Thank for that info. There are times when updates end up requiring certain services to be reinstalled. It can be confounding not knowing for sure though.
