How to move video/audio recorded in Screenflow into another app?
What is the correct workflow for exporting out audio and video recorded/edited into Screenflow into another program for further editing? I'd like to import it into After Effects for further post processing but am unsure of the correct way to do this.

Export ProRes 422 or ProRes with Alpha for video.
Audio only would be Lossless Audio Only.-
