Im also using wirecast 14.0.4What operating system? The screenshot looks like a Mac so we'd need to know which OS version.
Thanks for that but in order to analyze this I need specific steps. The failures can be different and varied for each destination CDN so we can't troubleshoot general statements.
For example, set up a stream to Facebook and include every step as if you wanted me to do the same and then -

I have no idea why it stopped working, the other day it was fine.Perhaps Twitter is changing something. It's definitely working for me though.
Log into your account in a web browser.
Under your avatar in the upper right select Producer.
Create New Source
Copy the Server URL and Stream Key and test if that works using generic RTMP Server in Wirecast.

The video clip you posted wasn't RTMP... It was the regular Wirecast way...Yes and it should work. You can add a title as I have done.

Also if my API is messed up, how can it be rectified? It may be something with your account because, as you can see, Wirecast itself has no issue reaching Twitter/Periscope. I recorded the video so you can follow the steps. You may need to check Periscope Producer (the second video) since that's Wirecast information including the stream key. You should be able to check the stream key in Wirecast and then check in Periscope Producer to make sure they match. If they don't match that might be why Wirecast isn't making the connection.
Just in case here's the complete end to end setup for Twitter/Periscope. -

I also been getting this weird error message in periscope producer when my broadcast doesn’t go live now.I see the same thing. It clears up. It doesn't have any impact on the connection. Apparently, the audio data rate varies when it first connects.
