Audio Not Sync logic pro

Hi We Facing alot of time on our sunday services the audio not sync with the video 

we tried to delay video but always increasing so we need add more delay time and sometime we need to decrease delay and suddenly we need increase 

soundboard>> Logicpro(,multitrack) >>Soundcard>>mixer>>Blackmagic ultra >>Mac Pro
