Is there a way to "match frame" a recording?
I recorded a screencast using two microphone inputs (I do this for backup purposes), and while editing the recording down in ScreenFlow, I deleted the backup mic track from the timeline because it seemed like I didnt need it because the primary mic track sounded fine. Well, as it turns out, about 30 minutes into the recording, I discovered that the primary mix started dropping out, so I would like to be able to go back to the backup mic track to patch those dropouts.
In a standard NLE, I would use the "match frame" option to load the original source recording into a "Source viewer", with the source playhead automatically synced to the location of the same frame as the timeline clip. Then I would selectively edit in the audio from the secondary mic track back into the timeline, and everything would remain in sync with the original recording.
I cant seem to find a way to do this in Screenflow 10, however? Even if I had to manually find the same frame using a timecode viewer or something, that would be better than nothing, but I cant seem to find a way to do that either?
