Audio Lag

We do sales presentations of our company's product to clients. I'm streaming through Microsoft Teams in our photo/video studio using two PTZOptics cameras both hardwired to the internet (ethernet cables - not wifi) and plugged into an iMac Pro. We use an eMeet M2 Max Professional Conference Speakerphone for audio in and out. Sometimes we daisy chain two together. Those are plugged directly into the iMac. May be worth noting camera output only works using Teams browser version. The app doesn't recognize the cameras. The problem I'm trying to solve is there's a one or two second audio lag. I've tried plugging the speakerphone(s) to the camera rather than the computer but then there's no sound at all. Hoping someone can help. Thanks!
