Menu problem

Hello

 

after I updated Wirecast to version 14.2.1, I have problems showing the menu, I try to uninstall and install Wirecast but the problem was not solved

  • Is this happening with brand new Wirecast documents as well as previously saved Wirecast documents? If only with previously saved Wirecast documents, what version of Wirecast was used to create the document?

      Petre Mezvrishvili What language is your OS set to? It might be a localization issue.

      Petre Mezvrishvili Thanks for that. What happens if you change it to Georgian?
      reboot the computer and open Wirecast and see how the menus display.

       What was the previous version you updated from? 
      That will let us know where we introduced the problem.

      Petre Mezvrishvili So what should have been a small update from 14.2 to 14.2.1 broke it.

    • CraigS it's a God question, I don't remember maybe this problem did not happen after the last update, we use xkey keyboard, and all processing we doing on the keyboard

      Petre Mezvrishvili Maybe it happened after updating from 14.0.x or 14.1.x.

      One way to confirm that would be to go back to the older version and see if the menus start to work again.

      Petre Mezvrishvili That can help us target any change we made in the code that broke this as we know the internal changes made for each update.
