Hi
I have exactly the same issue and have put a support request in. Here's more details:
I'm a screenflow 9 user, but recently got an M1 Mac Mini. I am trialing Screenflow 10.
When I start to record, I see the external USB Camera (BlackMagic Atem Mini) with no issues in the preview. The source is ticked. I see the video feed.
When I record, everything looks okay, but the finished recording only has audio. It does not have the camera recorded.
Is there anything I can do to troubleshoot?

I have exactly the same issue ... uninstalled the ATEM software and Screenflow 10.0.2 then reinstalled still the same issue I can see the ATEM output on the configure recording but does not put a recording into the media once done...works fine with all other camera sources. Also worked with v9 fine....help!!!

Has anyone found the solution? I have EXACTLY the same problem. I just purchased the screenflow 10 license and am having to use a previous version to use the ATEM Mini.

Pedro Sobral We believe we have this fixed and should be in an upcoming update. Otherwise, you can use the link Sandy Henry posted to see if they're still adding beta testers.

CraigS thank you… I’ve received a note from the help desk, and it seems the solution is coming out very shortly.
I can be patient, plus version 9 still works.

Hey everyone has this been resolved?
I use screenflow as my primary video editing software and am looking at buying an atem mini in the next few weeks to add multi camera functionality.
Has this been resolved? I am
on screenflow 10.

Lyle I believe this was fixed in 10.0.3. I see no reports of this in 10.0.4
