URGENT - Vimeo Streaming Change
Something has changed at Vimeo or with the last Wirecast update. When you go to change which Vimeo account you are streaming to, you login and get the main Vimeo account page instead of it reading which Live Events you have setup. Just noticed this today a few hours before a live stream. Help!

CraigS No go, same issue in 14.2 beta. I tell you, we were logging into the accounts yesterday, so they literally changed something overnight.

Brian Foster Tested in 14.1.2
Authenticated in Wirecast.
Then clicked on Vimeo link in the Output Encoder area.
Takes me to my main account (including Recent Videos).
If I select Change in Wirecast I then get a popup to login (which of course would mean logging in with the other account).

Brian Foster Yes that's what I see.

CraigS So first SS is current account, I click Change on my name, second SS is the login screen, login with my other account, third SS is what I get (mobile version of the Vimeo website.) I get this with multiple Vimeo accounts, using multiple machines and multiple project files.

CraigS Normally, when you login to the other account, you get a nice list of events you setup to choose from, or the ability to create a new one, like this:

Wirecast 14.1.2 was released nearly a month ago on March 3 so if the change happened after that, it's on their end. -

It's not clear whether you've successfully logged into the other account and what Wirecast itself shows at that point.
A screen recording on your Mac would give us a more complete step-by-step rather than screen shots.-
CraigS First screen is me already logged into an account (it remembers your last login by default.) Second screen is me logging into a new account. Third screen is after a successful login, but instead of a regular list of events in Wirecast, it goes to the Vimeo website (mobile version I believe) and there is no way from that point to select a stream and set it up. Only option in Wirecast at that point is "cancel." It's like once you successfully login, you don't get the normal API connection to show you your events, it just stays with the login portal, but shows you the normal website at that point.

While we investigate:
WORKAROUND: After unsuccessful attempt to change user, Remove the vimeo destination completely (or just click cancel if hasn't been saved yet) and re-add one. Clicking 'Authenticate' will successfully log in automatically to the account that was just attempted.

CraigS I can confirm the workaround works. I tried this initially, but didn't hit "OKAY" to close the output settings after removing the Vimeo output, then going back in to add it (I just deleted and added and it would keep the former account.) Thanks for this, it helps!
