NDI source only showing a black screen
I was using Titler Live on a separate laptop with NDI Out and then bringing it into Wirecast to show users YouTube and Facebook comments. It worked well and then that laptop needed to be reset and I had to reinstall Titler Live.
Right now I have Titler Live working again and I can use the NDI application to see on the laptop that the YouTube and Facebook graphics are showing up on NDI.
The issue is when I add that source on Wirecast it only shows a big black screen. I tried to move it around, zoom in and out, but it only is this black screen.
I kind of remember something like this happening before but I can't find it on the forum or in my emails.
Any ideas? Thanks!

Make sure you're on Wirecast 14.0.4 as it may have fixed some NDI related issues.
Please run Newtek NDI Video Monitor on the Wirecast computer and confirm that the Titler Live Video is viewable in that.
Please include your macOS version (be exact) and the Mac model you are using (be exact).-

Ryan Abraham For Windows include the four-digit version number after Windows 10 such as 1903 or 2004. I had guessed Mac because there was an issue with a certain Mac and Wirecast and NDI input but no issue I'm aware of on Windows. If it works in Newtek NDI Monitor it should work in Wirecast 14.0.4. We update NDI periodically so to be current with NDI input you have to be on 14.0.4. You may want to download the current version of Newtek NDI tools as well as they don't make their updates obvious or automatic.
