Rendezvous guest cannot log back in once their connection drops.

I am currently using the latest version of Wirecast and have over the last two days suddenly experienced a problem whereby one or more of the guests who was logged in to a Rendezvous session, lost sync and disappeared off of Rendezvous.  They contacted me via WhatsApp to say that they cannot reconnect to Rendezvous.  They were getting a message saying: Connection Error.  The one guest chose to use a different computer to log in on and it worked.  The other guest couldn't reconnect with the same computer they were using.  The only way I could get them to reconnect in the end was to cancel the Rendezvous session, restart the session and get everyone to reconnect.  At this point the remaining guest who initially dropped off the session was able to reconnect to the session again.  This has happened twice in the last two days.

I tested it today at my office with work colleagues to see if I could replicate the problem.  When they cancelled there connection and tried to reconnect they kept getting a connection error message until I canceled the Rendezvous session, restarted the session and they could then reconnect.

Any advice?
