Screen flow 10.0.6 freezing upon starting

I have restarted my computer several times, have uninstalled screenflow and re-installed it.

When I open screenflow, it freezes and won't start. I force quite and re-try, same issue. It was working fine 3 days ago, haven't updated anything on the computer, just started having this issue. 

I'm on desktop Mac running MacOS Catalina 10.15.7

     Do you have any apps running in the background that might be causing something?
    If you open Apple Activity Monitor you can see what's running.
    One thing to try is to create a New User Admin account.
    Reboot into that account and try starting ScreenFlow. That will tell if it's a system or an user account-based issue.
