black and green screen after the exportation
Hi,
After the exportation my video have black or green screen, The sound still working (I forget to turn on the micro for this video) but I lose the image ....I put a screen shot of my original screen flow this one seem to have green of my video but in other I don't see any problem but the black screen appear ... do you have some advice to help me please.

I'd like to help but there's not enough information. Please read READ BEFORE POSTING and include the details. Otherwise, I can only guess there's an incompatibility issue but without details, I can't guess where that is.

If so, how was it recorded? -

The video zoom is save in my file. and I add it to the screen flow document and after a record with screen flow my screen.

Native Zoom files are not compatible with most editing software. They will often show as green which is what you are seeing.
This is a known Zoom issue. Zoom has the fix. Please read this thread for the correct setting in Zoom.
Since you have already recording the file you must convert the file to either ProRes or H.264 file before using in ScreenFlow. Read this thread to re-encode the file in Finder.Our Knowledgebase also has a solution in ScreenFlow.
