Inogeni 4K USB capture -- not working
I just got an Inogeni 4K USB capture device. I am able to get 4K video input using the Inogeni testing software, but when I try Wirecast, I get no video when the camera is set for 4K. It works fine when the camera is set for HD. The device shows up in Wirecast as a video capture device--I just don't get any video when the camera is set at 4K.
Any ideas as to what I might be overlooking in the settings someplace?

a further update...
If the canvas size is set to HD, then I get a picture from my 4K camera, but if I create a custom canvas that is sized for 4K, then I get no picture.

Jerel Peterson Canvas size doesn't impact whether input works. Canvas only impacts processing and output.
Without any technical details I can't comment further. Please provide such details. -

Never mind -- I found out it was an A/V Out setting on the camera that needed to be changed to 3840x2160. It's a setting I had never had to go to before, since the default as 1080p and that's all I've ever used for streaming.
