Unknown Error message/Streaming timeout

We're dealing with an on-going issue in which Wirecast will not begin streaming to Livestream.com when scheduled. The Stream icon will flash green for 15-seconds, and then stop and the "Timeout publishing" error message (image #2) appears. I will attempt to restart the stream, but generally have to refresh the streaming key in Livestream.com, and copy and paste the new key into Wirecast Output settings several times before I can successfully establish a connection. And then, A/V synch is so out of whack that the result video is unusable. The ultimate fix is to stop the stream, refresh the streaming key (again), and restart the stream(!) Not optimal.
Today, in addition to THAT drama, I was also presented with an "Unknown Error" message, and the Stream icon began to flash red. Per instructions from Craig the Moderator, hardware/firmware configs are in the attached Word document. Am I the only guy in America dealing with this??

copy and paste the new key into Wirecast Output settingsThe built-in destination doesn't need a stream key.
You need to authenticate the account.

Thankyou for the response, Craig!
Unfortunately, this doesn't match what we've got.
We are authenticated, but have learned, in dealing with a larger, on-going issue of unreliable connectivity with Livestream.com, that the built-in destination is undependable. Based upon the suggestion of one of your techs, Robbie Smith, we have changed the configuration to MANUAL entry, using a static IP address; the account is authenticated. While the connectivity issues have lingered now for more than two months, the "Unknown Error" message is the first of its type I have seen (and would Wirecast not save/store authentication data once it has been set?)
Also, is there anyway you can link this conversation to the Trouble Ticket Robbie and I have been working on, please? [#01005140] You never know when a clue about one issue will help solve another! Thanks,

Since you're doing this manually it's possible there can be an issue with encoder settings for both streaming and recording. Perhaps the document or Preferences may have impacted the settings. Please take a screenshot of those settings. Also check the document you attached since that looks like it's corrupted as well (on my end at least). -

I see no Keyframe Aligned option in Livestream settings. Then please disable it.

I'm lost with regards to the Profile settings you mention. -

I made no changes from yesterday to today; frankly, a little reluctant to introduce any other change variables so long as this is working.Better to be safe and leave things alone if they are working. Perhaps there was an intermittent issue on Livestream's backend which is now working. Keep fingers crossed.
