i sent a test stream to my FB page and the only time the captioning is displayed is when I turn the volume all the way down. 

That is on my iPhone, guess I better check on one of the MacBook’s. 

I checked the test stream on one of my Mac’s, it does work as you say but my audio is out of sync. 

Something else to work on. Haven’t had this issue before.
