Wirecast 12.1 - Midi changes - APC40 Mk 2?

I noticed something unusual during a broadcast this last weekend. I had just upgraded to 12.1. During the show, the "master" button (which is the transition activate button) was not working. I also noticed that the 7 and 8 buttons were not illuminated. Everything else operated as expected.

I have been unable to replicate the fault, but I believe it MAY be related to changing of the shot from Smooth to Cross-Dissolve after starting the broadcast... It was working before then.

Anyone else seen this? Would this error make sense to anyone else?
