To join two videos in the same url?
I have a radio program that lasts about an hour and 30 minutes. In the last 2 weeks the wirecast transmission, through facebook live, has been dropped many times in the same hour and a half session. And when it falls and I want to reestablish the transmission the wirecast gives me another URL and people do not follow the new transmission because it is another video with another location, which causes it to lose audience. My question to the experts is: Is there any way to retransmit so that the new transmission is the transmission stream that was dropped using the same URL?

Facebook's server determines when the stream ends based on the disconnect so we have no easy way for Wirecast to control that. Some CDNs handle this differently. My experience with Periscope/Twitter for example, is that if the disconnect is short it will simply pick up the stream using the same URL and joint them. Facebook handles it differently though by forcing a new URL after a very short disconnect.
The best I can recommend at the moment is that you also do a local recording which you can then upload to Facebook so people can view the complete show after the live event.
