Elgato streamDeck Multi-Action Bug

this was working great but since the latest streamdeck update my multiactions just give a triangle with exclamation?  I

I've went threw everything possible to trouble shoot I'm now bound to just using bound hotkeys which is awful for this workflow.  Any help would be appreciated.

 

I have re-installed wirecast (14 latest update and 14.0) and streamdeck downgraded os(to 10.14 from 10.15) gone down to just one ip (from 3) network 

 

any further advise would be greatly appreciated.

    Please confirm you have StreamDeck Wirecast plugin 1.1 and Wirecast 14.0.4. 
    Try resetting the StreamDeck to default.

    We did have an issue with Multi-Action but it should be fixed so I just want to make sure you're starting from default on the StreamDeck in with a new Wirecast document in 14.0.4
