Cant Save my Project File

I cant save my project - i am getting an error message to contact support

Please advise - see attached screenshot of error message

  • I've been using ScreenFlow for many years over many versions and still run into this all the time.  Incredibly frustrating. It seems to happen to me very consistently when I attempt to save after splitting a nested clip.

    If the file format can't handle split nested clips, then splitting nested clips shouldn't be supported in the first place. I constantly find myself losing hours of work.

      Please include version of ScreenFlow and macOS.
      Please read the following and see if it fixes the issue.

      Following those instructions please do list what you deleted that resulted in regaining the ability to save. It could be Stock Media or it could be a Speed Change or Action or Callout as possible causes or something else. As noted: Since no relevant information can be extracted to send to support for analysis, it is very important that the user try to identify recent activity that may be related.

     Please do tell us which file format this is occurring with so we can verify.
