ScreenFlow 10: Cannot capture cursor clicks
When using ScreenFlow 10 and when I enable a "Click Effect" (Radar or Invert) on the Screen Recording tab and/or enable "Attention Effect" I do not see any clicks on the actual recording.
I am using a Mac Book Pro M1 Max with macOS 12.4. I am recording on an external 1920x1080 resolution monitor. I do have Universal Control enabled and use it on an iPad Pro to type and click on it, but no recording happens and no interaction happens on that device.
I do see keyboard clicks and presses print to the video when I enable "Show Keystrokes" and so ScreenFlow seems to be capturing some non-mouse-cursor input.
I have tried to remove and readd accessibility permissions for both ScrenFlow.app and the ScreenFlow Helper.app but this doesn't seem to correct anything.
It simply seems that ScreenFlow cannot capture clicks.

The problem is the macOS controls the information ScreenFlow gets so that might be out of our control. Try removing the iPad Pro as a monitor.
Connect your external monitor directly to the MBP and possibly test both with Thunderbolt and with HDMI connection. Please make sure you're on ScreenFlow 10.0.5 specifically and whether the MBP is clamshell (closed) or open.
