Audio Gets Stuck In A Loop
When streaming our pastor's teaching to FaceBook Live and recording to disc or just recording to disc, something occurs during the stream or recording that causes the audio to get stuck in a loop. As he is speaking the audio gets stuck as he's speaking a word. The sound of the word he was saying continues to repeat for the remainder of the stream or the recording. Any help tp resolve this is appreciated.

Were you monitoring Wirecast audio on the Wirecast computer and did it sound that way while monitoring? Perhaps something happened with the encoders.
I'd need to know about your setup, sources, version, and hardware for more suggestions.

CraigS Yes sir, the audio was being monitored on the Wirecast computer. When the issue began it was picked up during the monitoring.
I am using a Canon XA40 camera. My audio comes from the camera's built in mic. I connect the video and audio to a Cam Link 4K capture device using an HDMI cable.

USB buses (and devices) can develop issues. I'd suggest removing all other USB devices for a test (prevents bus bandwidth-related issues) and confirm all cables are reliable (and a momentary connection issue could cause a problem) and see if you can duplicate the issue.
