FACEBOOK, YOUTUBE, TWEETER comments moderation and displaying them as layers.
Hello.
I'm testing the "COMMENT" option from the top SOCIAL tab.
From what I can see, to get the option to moderate FACEBOOK / TWEETER / YOUTUBE comments, you need to click on the selected icon and set OUTPUT SETTINGS on Facebook Live.
Everything is fine until I want to set the PRIVATE option to selected users. Only 3 are available (PUBLIC, FRIENDS, ONLY ME). How to set privacy options for selected users. I don't think it is possible now.
Another question. Why does the moderation and sync option for comments and displaying them as an overlay in Wirecast only work with Facebook Live?
How to create a link with comment sync when destination is RTMP Server? Can anybody help me?
Besides, when we have added the "SOCIAL MEDIA TYPE" layer and we moderate comments, when we select a comment on LIVE, after deselecting them, the animation of the caption could turn off the entire layer. The comment would disappear from the screen and you have to turn it off "GO" from the main bus, eg Clear Layer 1.

I've attached a screenshot of what it looks like from my phone. This is not something that's currently available in Wirecast (in either 15.0 beta or any of the released versions) But we will look into whether it's possible to add that level of permission from Wirecast.

Can anybody help me?Right now the Social Media Comment Moderation feature only works with YouTube and Facebook-specific broadcast destinations, and Twitter. So even if you stream to YouTube using a an RTMP stream key (rather than authenticating to YouTube through the Output Settings,) we won't currently pick up those comments.
Question for you: how often do you use RTMP to stream to Facebook and YouTube, rather than the API-integrated Facebook and YouTube output destinations in Wirecast?

lynn_elliott First: It would be great. I don't always stream videos in a public forum. It often happens that to a selected pool of people/Specifics friends.
Second: I n fact, I always stream like this. As a standard, I get permissions from the client and I manage it directly from the website because many parameters already have to be set on the website, let's say FACEBOOK. Therefore, the ability to paste the transmission key with the parameter for comments would be more optimal for me.

lynn_elliott hello! I agree with Krzysiek Sobieranski I also use RTMP Server almost 100% of the time. Whenever we do Facebook live, we create an event and set up the live stream from there.
Also, is there a chance that the Comment moderator box be controlled by a separate computer? Something like a desktop presenter that can be controlled by another person so that the one doing the broadcast and switching can focus on that and another person can check all the comments separately. cheers!

OSW MKT Thank you very much for that input and the use case. Can I ask why you use RTMP for Facebook streams instead of using the built-in Facebook Output destination API?

Am I understanding the request correctly?

lynn_elliott In fact, yes. Since the "COMMENTS" tab is responsible for moderating comments and selecting it causes an animation that changes this comment, unchecking all of them could also result in the comment disappearing completely from the screen.
This could be an option for the user to choose.
