Issues with Audio Unit Plugins

I'm having an issue with Audio Units in Screenflow 10. I can add custom Audio Units but I can't get any parameters to display or the GUI to display.
I'm running ScreenFlow 10.0.5 on MacOS 12.4 on an M1 Macbook Pro. The plugins I'm trying to load are iZotope RX 9 Advanced plugins which are Apple Silicon native.

Or would it be better to get a refund for the App Store version and use the website version?Yes as Apple Sandboxing doesn't have a workaround. It's a security protocol. If you want to get a refund to switch and run into MAS issues with that then send an email to desktopsales@telestream.net and attach a receipt with confirmation of purchase, or send a screenshot from the Mac App Store—view your account's list of Purchased apps, and make sure ScreenFlow shows in the list. We will respond with a link to upgrade to a Telestream license.

Is there a way to make sure the Mac App Store version is completely removed from the machine other than dragging the app to trash?Due to Sandboxing the Mac App Store is self-contained so trashing it should work.

Whenever I add any AU plugins, third-party or native Apple AU it makes Screenflow hang and beachball for a good amount of time and audio waveforms never load which unfortunately makes it completely unusable once again. There are issues with some third party AU plugins. Now that you're on the website version try resetting ScreenFlow using Shift Help Gather ScreenFlow Diagnostics Reset. it's possible the waveform cache may need to be reset as well. I can explain that after you do the above and still see the issue.

I went back to 9.0.5 instead of 9.0.7 as the iPad orientation issue seems to be correct for me in the .5 version too. That's certainly important information. Please respond in that thread regarding ScreenFlow versions for iPad issue.

Yes I've just done another test of this. I get the hang issue in version 10 but not in version 9.Thanks for confirming. It's important for the developers to know this.
