It may be driver based and there's no deinterlace for USB sources as they tend to be deinterlaced (and might be in hardware in the Camlink).

CraigS There is no deinterlace option in the camlnk (hardware) . As you know other sw allow deinterlace in any source, not limited by the driver of the source.

CraigS Yes, a DSLR, Canon EOS 750 D. it work with the Mini Recorder (Blend) not with the Camlink.

Ermanno Bonifazi A DSLR that outputs interlace. That's odd. That certainly looks interlaced. Usually, ENG cameras can send interlaced (such as my Sony PXW-Z90) but they can be set to 1080p or at least psf which would look interlaced.
Fill out the form and ask for Deinterlace for UVC compliant Capture Devices and link to your screenshot as an example of what it currently looks like. -
CraigS I have two Canon and both arte interlace. But one is connected to the BMD and so the blends is avaiable in Wirecast, not on the Camlink. Will fill the form. Tks.

Hi - Sorry to revive an old thread, but I came here looking for an answer to exactly this topic. I am using a Canon 750D and Cam Link and have the same issues. Most canons output interlaced video (80D does the same). Footage recorded onto the camera's SD card is not, just the direct output. I'm using the camera's recording for now, though that is limited to 30mins of course so it would be great to just grab the video stream. Is there somewhere I can get an update on this feature?

nick Is not in the product so far. The only solution (at least I found) is to purchase a Ultrastudio Mini Recorder to be used instead of the Camlink that support field blend. Otherwise OBS have builtin in blend functionalities...
