Hello live streamers!

With all the recent attention to live streaming and live video conferencing, we wanted to get some critical improvements out to the market as soon as possible.

This Beta include some important upgrades and fixes, primarily focused on our Rendezvous feature. We also have a new BETA version of Wirecast Go 2.2,  which is required if you want to use the iOS app with Wirecast Beta 13.1.2. (See instructions below for that.)

Wirecast BETA 13.1.2 

New & Improved: 

• WIRE-17078: Added logging and improvements for Rendezvous connection states.  

Fixes:

• WIRE-17083: We now will display up to 8K video dimensions from Task Sources. 

• WIRE-17013: Fixed an issue where audio muted within shot layers was not muted in the Rendezvous Live output audio. 

• WIRE-16877: Fixed a bug where Rendezvous Guests would confusingly hear their own audio in the document mix if they have reconnected to the Session. 

• WIRE-16791: Fixed an issue where if your Output Settings window wouldn’t display correctly if chose Cloud Settings first. 

KNOWN ISSUE: Released version of Wirecast Go is not compatible with Wirecast BETA 13.1.2. Please download the TestFlight version of Wirecast Go 2.2 to use with Wirecast BETA 13.1.2

Installing iOS App Wirecast Go Beta 2.2 in TestFlight

1. Install TestFlight on the iOS device that you’ll use for testing.
2. Open this link on your iOS device: https://testflight.apple.com/join/lk6bhPMd
3. Tap View in TestFlight or Start Testing; or tap Install or Update for the app you want to test.
