How do I upgrade to version 7.3.2?
When I try to upgrade, a pop-up window pops up asking me to upgrade to version 8
This popup window pops up every time a screen flow is executed. I have just bought the 7 version, but I am annoyed with the release of version 8. So I hate pop-up windows.
I would appreciate it if you can tell me how to upgrade to version 7.3.2.

I fixed my MacBook error with the last inquiry.
However, letters still do not appear on the iMac.

Jeehyuk Jang Looks like you're using a localized version so it might be an issue interpreting the characters. As a test can you download the free trial of 8.2.2 and see if this is something we fixed in the upgrade.

Jeehyuk Jang So it looks like this is an issue fixed in 8.2.2. You may need to upgrade for the fix as I think development is focused on that. Contact support and see if they'll discuss a path for you. ScreenFlow Support

Jon Prepeluh As Jeehyuk reports, fixed in 8.2.2 So it's not clear what you're reporting since you don't list the version of ScreenFlow or OS.

CraigS hi i have Version 7.3.2 System mojave.. cant't see keys there :(( just cmd;alt; shift- and backspace runs.. other keys are disabled. since mojave.. is there a way to get it back?

Jon Prepeluh Download the free trial of 8.2.2 and confirm that works. It's possible Mojave update broke it in 7. So testing current version of 8 would confirm.

Jon Prepeluh Tested on ScreenFlow 7.3.2 on Mojave 10.14.2 and I can see complete key commands. You may need to provide more details because it works for me. For example using modifiers and F, G, H key.

CraigS i have downloaded Verson 8 Trial version, and can also only see cmd etc. what do i have to do to see all key commands?

Jon Prepeluh Probably fixed with Mojave 10.14.2. Seems Apple is going through some growing pains with their Mojave issues.

I had this same problem some versions ago... and I solved it going to "security and privacy" -> accessibility -> select and flag" screenflowhelper "icon to allow this application to take control of your computer.
It's Worked for me .. See the attached image

CraigS I know what to do, however I can’t add the helper app after pressing the “+” button to add it. Is it an invisible file? How can I add it to the list of apps in Accessibility?
