There are several third party scoreboard utilities that integrated with Wirecast.

    SportZCast is one example

  • Titler has great support for data driven scoreboards. The wirecast build in is a bit basic to be honest. I've send you a PM.

If you have a specific sport in mind, mentioning that might help. There is scoreboard software that allows for customization.
Keep in mind you may need to make and import custom graphics if they are not widely available.

One possibility for a custom scoreboard is to develop a web page and use it as an overlay in Wirecast.  Web pages can use SVG graphics, CSS animations, Canvas APIs, etc. They can also have a browser-based control interface to update the score from a remote computer.

Admittedly, it can be a significant investment in time to develop something like that.

Perhaps something like Live.Score which has web integration. One would then capture the webpage. It seems there's NDI support as well. They have 10 sports listed and it looks like they're taking requests for additional sports.
