Borders inconsistent using NDI video sources.
We've been having a problem with the new border functionality but specifically with NDI video sources. We create a shot with a background then insert additional layers in that shot with smaller sized video sources such as a powerpoint presentation and a video feed, or a gallery style shot with 4-6 video sources. We usually build these shots in preproduction using shot templates and, in this case, I put a black border on each shot with a width of 10. Our source videos are a mix of studio cameras (via HDMI) and NDI feeds from a teams meeting.
What we have observed is that when we bring in the NDI feeds into the shot using the assign placeholder function, the borders would be much wider than the border of the shots from the HDMI feeds. They would also be inconsistent between different NDI feeds. Sometines we would have to reduce the border width to 2 in order to make it match the other borders set at 10.
I will add a screen capture here later when I can get down to the studio to pull it off of the computer.
Any thoughts or other experiences with this?
We are on Windows 10, Wirecast version 15.2.1, Teams version 1.6.00.6754.
