Can I turn Input from multi channel audio interface into discrete audio tracks in SF timeline?

Hi folks, 

I use a Presonus two channel interface. Screenflow mixes these two channels into one audio track. Can I make it leave it has two separate tracks? Ideally, I would like to  create a template where I have a compressor on my voice track and none on my piano track. ( I produce tutorials) .
