Screenflow 10 wont record from camera
Downloaded the new screenflow the other day and first time using it won't record from any camera (webcam nor capture card camera)
I have all permissions correct (even screenflow helper). Double checked in
Screenflow recognizes the camera, image is there in the preview. But nothing gets recorded and the recording from the camera doesn't show up in the editor.
M1 mac mini, latest Big Sur
Tested it on Screenflow 9 and that still works. This is frustrating because the 9-version couldn't render colors correctly when exporting and now the camera doesn't work in v-10....

The capture with my EOS M50 worked (and still works) fine with ScreenFlow 9, but I just paid the upgrade to 10 and it does everything described above. What capture device are you using?

Changing the recording resolution didnt do anything. Tried both automatic (was that from the start) and 1920x1080. Still the same 1024x768.Started Investigation FLOW-11174

I do have it installed and it doesn't seem to be complaining.I would assume it would run in Rosetta if it weren't directly Apple Silicon native or Universal yet.

I'm having a similar issue. Fuji X-T2 into generic USB video adaptor. Used for years on SF9 and earlier, but only giving me 1024X768 output even with the settings on 1920X1080 to match the camera output. Intel iMac, Catalina via USB3 hub. As with the others, this has worked perfectly for a long time and is broken with SF10. I may have to go back to SF9 until this is fixed as the camera quality makes SF10 unusable and I couldn't recommend it in it's current form.

Same issue here. Canon GL-2 connected to Thunderbolt 3 dock. Connected to MacBookPro14,3. All works fine in SF 9.0.3. In SF 10.0.3, can't "Enable Camera", camera setting does not show up in System Prefs > Security & Privacy > Privacy > Camera. 10.0.3 setting does show up for "Screen Recording" in system prefs, but took about 8 separate tries to get it to finally display there. This renders 10.0.3 upgrade unusable for me.

To clarify...
1. I was finally able to get the "Enable Camera" option to take.
2. In System Prefs >....Privacy > Camera. SF 10.0.3 does not show up. SF 9.0.3 does.
3. in System Prefs >....Privacy > Screen Recording > both apps show up there.
4. In SF 9.0.3, I can select my external camera, not so in SF 10.0.3
