Wirecast 210 SDI Input become freeze

Hello,

Our customer reported their Wirecast 210 have issue where all SDI inputs become video freeze. Unfortunetely, Wirecast app isnot responded and make WIndows become bluescreen. So, they rebooted Wirecast Gear. Input beccome normal in minutes but become freeze again.

How to resolve this issue?
