Local webpages not working anymore

I just migrate to V 14.2 of Wirecast and I there is a problem with the local web pages... they are not working anymore !
I had several shots which loaded local webpages stored on my hard disk with css animations and they are not working well. I tested the local webpage on safari and it is working correctly but not anymore on the shot of wirecast.
I thought it could come from the spaces on the names, but even if I take them out, it worked the first time, but when I open Wirecast again, the webpages are not displayed at all.
I also made the test of putting the pages on the web and they work, only one time.
Maybe there is something I'm missing when I wrote the webpage than Wirecast does not understand anymore ?

Wirecast 14.2 on what OS specifically?
It's not clear how you are using the webpages in Wirecast which could be screen capture or web page plugin
What previous version did it work well on?
Can you provide a visual comparison between that version and 14.2?
It's not clear what you mean by "not working well" or "not working anymore." You need to describe in a way someone can test and verify the observation.
Are these web pages someone you can share with us to test on our systems?

Thanks for your answer. I use Wirecast on macOS Catalina Version 10.15.7
I'm sending you 2 screenshots of the web page configuration, the first one is with the version 14.1.2 and the second one with the version 14.2
The webpage that I want to use is on my hard disk and the location is :
file:///Users/tayotas/RDV/technique/live/wirecast/media/2 Predication/subscribe.html
I thought the problem could come form the space between the "2" and the "Predication", so I deleted the space in the hard disk, and I changed the location in the shot that I already had, but it didn't work.
I will publish one of the webpages I want to use in my website, so you can see what the animation must display :

I also join you the html code, the css style and the needed images on the html so you can charge it in local as I want.
What I mean with "not working anymore" is that in the previous version I can choose the shot and the webpage displays the animation, and with the new version when I choose the shot nothing happens, nothing is displayed.
I also tried to recreate the shot (which, by the way, is not what I would like to do when I make a version upgrade), and the first time it is displayed correctly, but when I close and reopen the file, the web page is not displayed anymore...
If you need something else to understand my problem I can provide any information you need to solve this problem because I have a lot of animations like that.

Dan Thanks for the elements. Can you check if an online webpage exhibits the same behavior in 14.1.2 and 14.2. Not sure if you only tested in 14.2
Also use Clear Layer before putting the shot in Preview again to see if it runs again.
I am wondering if there's a CSS issue Wirecast is having though. -

Is just tested with 2 webpages and maybe I have some other clues

I tested the first page on V14.2 and the second one both versions.
For the first page it seems to work in both versions even after closing the file, but it is a static page.
For the second one, it works well on V 14.1.2. But in V 14.2 it works the first time, and when I close the file this is not working randomly, sometimes it does not load at all, sometimes it loads.

Dan Thanks for testing that. So it may not be specific to local pages.

Dan Does turning off "Shutdown when not live", quitting, and reopening the app will then let it work properly.
We have a fix coming but that might help you until we can get this fix don (which we believe will be soon). The fix is related to the above function. -
CraigS Thanks for coming back to me.
Unfortunately this workaround does not help me because the animation does not work any longer, so it is useless for me.
I prefer to stay in version 14.1.2 until the fix is done, I hope very soon.
