please add multi cam recording options

Please add a feature to allow multiple cam recordings instead of just a single source. When recording tutorials I like to have a cam taking the total and another a close up to the subject that I'm going to explain.

Please screenflow team, we definitely need this feature, I need to record with one webcam and another with the camera for making my courses

Jhon Our internal investigation number FLOW-4 and we're working on how to implement this. It'll take a bit of time for this but it's on the map. This has been the second most requested new feature. User votes count!

For a multicam feed I first make a composite in OBS with two or three cameras, keep in mind the scale of each as you'll want to preserve or reduce that in post, never increase. Set the 'Virtual camera' going in OBS, and then set 'Virtual Camera' as a source in Screenflow. You can then record, copy and paste, and then crop the video so you have as many instances of it as you do feeds, in my case two, sometimes three, and move the separate components where you want them.

Oh, and bus bandwidth isn't an issue, if OBS can do it and also stream that to Twitch, Facebook, Youtube, then Screenflow should be able to capture multiple camera feeds.

Pretty please, let's get this in as a feature, OBS is a workaround, Screenflow needs an 'add camera source' option and then you just choose.

I want my face cam, piano cam, and a shot from further back in the room, and I'd like to be able to swap between them in post to demonstrate posture and playing position within the same passage of music.

Kristian Sharpe Please use the voting mechanism at the top and vote for it as it appears you haven't yet. The developers are considering this and the more votes it gets the greater the possibility in will influence priority.

      Kristian Sharpe 👍

It's now the second most voted on feature request. I think this gives it a reasonable likelihood.

I have a multi-cam setup which I use in OBS, and wanted to do the same in ScreenFlow, but realised there is no option to switch cameras nor record multiple tracks...
Unless... I can stream Camera1 to OBS in Fullscreen on a second monitor and then capture 2 monitors and Record Video from Camera2
    :)

I heard of USB Bandwidth issues, and that is true, it's one of the reasons no one can get 4K60 to work on a mac even 4K30 often gives problems.
but I see no bandwidth limitation on 2x 1080p@30FPS, should easy as pie.
