Changing default values for callouts?

I use callouts a lot for my screencasts, but I want to have other default values than the preset values. More specifically, when I use a freehand callout, I wish to have "5.0 feather", "Build in: 0.15s" and "Build out: 0.15s" set as default. Does anybody know how to change this? I'm using ScreenFlow 8.2.2 on MacOS 10.14.2.

You can use the Styles feature to create your own settings which you can reuse. Even create a keyboard shortcut for it.

  • Styles are the way to go, super powerful and flexible for exactly this kind of use. I cover them in ScreenFlow Essential Training on LinkedIn and Lynda and there are videos on Telestream's site as Craig mentioned.

  • Thanks for your replies, it works very nicely. Is there some way I can make ScreenFlow default to the last used style, so I don't have to select it every time?

Magnus Ehinger You could create a keyboard shortcut for easy access to a specific style but using a Style as a default would be an interesting feature request. Please do fill out the form and make the feature request.
